In 2004 Mr.Mahesh Pawar and Mr. Shailesh Pawar   we both brothers started broiler poultry farm on rent. After 2 years we both along with our relatives started contract farming in the local area. From 2007 to 2010 we were the first in entire Murbad Division to start feed mill and hatchery. During that period, we got very good experience of managing poultry, feed production and hatchery. After that good experience we started a Pvt Ltd company in 2012. We worked as Directors of that company till 2019 and at that time we placed 500000 chicks per month in the farms. From 2019 we started a new beginning with Pawsons farm. Pawsons stands for Pawar and Sons. This organization is conducting poultry business with farmers in a contract. It involves Contracting with farmers through Pawsons Farm, in which the company provides chicks, feed, medicines, and medical guidance to the farmers, which aims to benefit company as well as farmers. After proper growth of these chickens they are sold in the market with fair price. After this transaction, farmers are given rearing charges as per the contract. Our company further integrates its business to include livestock farming, marketing and distribution under the leadership of Mr. Mahesh Pawar & Mr. Shailesh Pawar.

MISSION

 

Our aim is to create employment for local people & to provide a source of income for local farmers. We also want to encourage these Farmers for cultivation of raw materials for feed (Maize & Soya Seeds). These are the main goals of Pawsons farm in near future.

 

 

VISION

 

Considering the need for protein in food, and following the trend it will continue to grow in future. As we know Chicken is cheapest, leanest, complete and tastiest protein source we intend to deliver affordable and hygienic chicken to our customers.
